The State of New Hampshire requires all self-paced online real estate continuing ed courses to include periodic checkpoints. To satisfy this requirement we have multiple choice quizzes throughout our course. 80% is a passing score and the quizzes can be taken again if failed.
Our online continuing ed courses are each individually approved to count for credit towards the education requirement to renew a NH real estate license. If this is your first time renewing your NH real estate license, read about the NH post-licensing requirements here. If this is your second or subsequent renewal cycle, our 15 credit package satisfies the mandatory and elective credits you need to renew.
Unlike in many other states, New Hampshire real estate schools are not required to submit student`s completed course credits to the state. Once you complete all of the credits you need, only you can renew your license online through the state`s online portal.
